Hangry

This week had a lot of ups and a lot of downs. But I split my hand open shoveling gravel so I'm gonna try and make this short.

Bad:
-we lost most of our teach pool this week
-Elder Horne gets super hangry... especially on fast sunday...

Good
- on the upside we had a lesson with Dean this week. And he has decided to be baptized! He will now be working towards September 7th. He is awesome, for example when we teach him his daughters fiance' likes to participate in the lessons. He is a good guy but he questions everything, I mean everything. Because if it is true it has to absolutely be true otherwise it's a lie. Some of the questions he asks I honestly don't have the answer too but dean almost every-time will turn it back on him and bare testified of how he knows we are Gods authorized representatives for him. I love Dean. But we have a lot of work to do to get him in the waters by September. Hopefully his health will allow it.
- we found a new contacting method, we found a group of adults. As we were talking to them they all started to move into the road going after a dog so it wouldn't get hit. One thing led to another and I took off my belt to use as a leash for the dog and we contacted people for the next hour just running around using the dog to contact people and it honestly worked pretty well.
-last miracle
I copied this from some other reporting we did earlier with week
Soo we were having a pretty bad time elder Horne got destroyed on his bike and we got bashed like 2 days in a row by various people including some (members). We had just gotten out of the zone call elder Horne

was very hungry and there was only 30 minutes to lunch. Elder Jarvis suggested going to Russellville which is a 30 minute drive. A little annoyed we both decided that we could go. We arrived and there was no one in town it seemed. We questioned going back. we were walking back when somehow we noticed a lady behind us through the trees  just casually playing with 3 turtles. We began to talk to her and she just began to pour her soul out to us. She received so many trials that we both stood there gaping and praying with all our might because we did not know what we could say to help her. Elder jarvis then after a pause invited her to pray there. After a little while longer we told her that we were here because god wants her to come closer. After many tears she finally smiled and told us we could talk some more later. We told her we would and we are hoping to talk with her more this upcoming week. It was a huge miracle for us to find someone so prepared to receive us.

Love yall
Elder Jarvis
