From Tornado to Pride

This week was good, stark contrast though, last week we had a KKK Rally then the start of this week was a tornado. The week ended with a LGBTQ pride parade. It was a weird week.
Lots of fun though, there is nothing better about picking up a log that weighs more then you and 4 or 5 young missionaries trying to make you laugh.

It was also really funny we went to one house and the whole neighborhood came to help there were about 20 people on this half acre lot. It was really humbling. The funny part was when one lady was asking about the church right after me and Elder Brakey picked up a four foot long one and a half diameter log. A second or two later she said I'll talk to you in  second... we had no ability to talk, we were two busy huffing and puffing from the log. We all laughed after wards.

On more of a spiritual note, it is really cook to see in such tragedy

. Literally utter destruction, people still find opportunities to follow Christ. And are very Humbled when they try and pay us for our help. But the matter of fact is "But behold, all things have been done in the wisdom of him who knoweth all things." In other words God has the plan. luckily he loves us, so the plan is set to best help us. And I get to see it happen.

Love y'all
