We had a fun week this week, so much happened
Today we are doing clean up from the tornado last night (at 11 PM we got an alarm in which our whole building was sent to safety on the bottom floor) most of the night.
On Friday night we were commanded to flee our area because an extremist group came to town to protest(we live in downtown).
We also lost our car for the this week(because it needs repairs)
But none of these events can stop Gods work. As we spent the day in Englewood because of the rally, a lot of people were worried about us so contacted us and we were able to do Video call lessons.
With the tornado happening we were able to contact a lot of the people in our Apartment building, who have been wanting to ask us questions. We also found out we had a less active couple in our building who has not seen or heard from the church in a while, they are planning on coming to church this Sunday (he served his mission in Ukraine).
So many miracles happened this week, I will just talk about one, a lady we are working with has been super depressed with the loss of her son(she lost custody, he isn't dead). And hasn't wanted to tall much, well we stopped by and she was so out of it that she didn't answer the door she actually told her roommate to tell us she moved.. but as we left, her boyfriend pulled up and asked who we were and begged us to help them because they were both struggling and want to feel whole again. We read Alma the younger's
conversation and the spirit filled there souls so great that they could only cry. I was amazed to be apart of it.
