A lot of houuses got flooded last night.... we got drenched... i love the rain!
Probably gonna get to do a lot of service latter today and in this coming week. Which will be sweet!
Walking on the road... i push elder carter over... he is about to deck me when i point out the baby turtle... we found a turtle in the middle of the road!!
Now that its starting to warm up we have been seing tons of animals, hundreds of deer, lots of squirrel, some skunks, two ground squirals, and a turtle!!!
Any way this week absolutely fantastic.
I got to go on an exchange with elder lomax, first 10 minuets of our exchange we had a miracle, we were walking on campus and this lady was raising awareness for her cause and was giving out free soup and home made bread... we talk to her a little bit, blew up some blasphemy about mormons and low and behold we will be meeting with her latter this week!
We were visiting brother tillis trying to figure out what his problems are, and i knock their door and this beast just came to the door. Barking like crazy showing off its teeth, elder lomax and i almost headed for the hills, we then we took a deep breath it was ok there is a screen door between us. We still took a step back and the beast just pushes the screen door open with its nose...
That dog scared us good... brother tillis eventually came and told us that that big teady bear wheighs 190 lbs... it was a big dog...
But brother tillis was well worth the scare, he is so cool. He absolutely loves us he will do almost anything for the missionaries, he just doesnt go to church because of what was said about him when he was put away and some other stuff about what happend when his dad was hurt.... but he has a brilliantly strong testimony, we just got to fix the bridge that was broken...

He will feed us dear meet if we stay over long enough anyday... he also has a guitar and has me elder carter sing and play with him as payment for our mean! He is just awesome!
We were walking out to the car and he just yellls you cant leave yet! And he comes charging st us with a white this in his hands... he held us upnto give us a toaster, hw doesnt use it so he said go give to some one at church, i dont want that thing coming back in my house... lol
Saturday and sunday were crazy!
I absolutely loved general comference, but saturday expecially just was non stop...
Helping some one move. to comference. to teaching dave, to eating lunch to comference. to setting up for a priesthood potluck to the potluck to the priestood session to bed... we got home at 10 10 and had to be to bed befor 10 30... we barely had time to think that day...
But comference was insaine, and the spirit was so strong!
I took notes and every one of my questions was answered! A long with tons of questions i didnt even know i had...
One thing we have been talking about is what this church is about... it is all about a spiritual witness that is unmovablw if you are willing to recieve it...
Either 4:11 "But he that believeth these things which I have spoken, him will I visit with the manifestations of my Spirit, and he shall know and bear record. For because of my Spirit he shall know that these things are true; for it persuadeth men to do good." I have recieved that witness and i invite you to do what it takes to recieve yours.
People:
We had our first lesson with Dominic and he is just awesome.... he is one of the most sincere investigators i have found in this area! He absolutely loves talking with us and during the lesson when we invited him to read the book of mormon with barely a seconds thought he asked us start with him right then! I am so excited to teach him. You can already see him starting to receive his spiritual witness if what we teach.
Jack and trent are doing as good as ever... jack is an incredably fast reader, he has already read the book of mormon and is now trying to listen to any bit of conference he missed! But we gave him a pamphlet in the middle of our lesson... this pamphlet usally takes 15-20 minuets to read and we just watched him pause and read it in about 2 minuets and then he told trent hos true it was and taught trent what was in it. It was crazy... but both of them love how our church is desined to help gods children as it should be not just church members... jack is really thinking about baptism, but he really doesnt want to give up beer... :(
